Welcome to Reen Cross Holiday Park.
This is a family run site so you will always be assured of a friendly welcome.
The site consists of two fields, one approximately ¾ acre and the other approximately 1¾ acres
The smaller field has 3 fully serviced gravel pitches and 4 electric grass pitches
The larger field consists of 20 electric grass pitches and two areas for non electric pitches
All electric pitches are 16amp
There are two toilet/shower rooms (one Gents & one Ladies) each consisting of 2 toilets, 2 showers and 2 hand basins,
as well as a Family Room containing a shower with drop-down disability seat, a toilet and a hand basin.
All showers and toilets are fitted with grab rails.
There is also a Utility Room with a sink for washing up etc, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and plenty of information leaflets. There is a nominal charge for use of the washing machine and dryer.
All facilities include free hot and cold water
All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and must not be allowed to foul the site.
All groundsheets must be breathable.
There is a 5mph speed limit throughout the site.
Anyone not following these simple rules will be asked to leave the site with no refunds.
The site has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside.
The facillites that are close by are;
Perranporth is 1½ miles away with its numerous shops, doctors, chemist, six pubs and three miles of sandy beach. The beach is patrolled by life guards in the summer season and is dog friendly.
The village of Goonhavern is ½ a mile with a shop and post office. There is also a pub with a very good restaurant, and a children's play area.
There are three additional pubs with restaurants within 1 mile of the caravan site.
There is a golf course close by, also fishing lakes, and Reen Manor riding stables
Newquay is 6 miles Truro is 9 miles, in fact the whole of Cornwall is within easy reach of the site.
There is good access from the A30 to the caravan site.
When reaching the site there is a wide entrance so you can pull off the road.
There is also a parking area for visitors. The site managers must be notified of all visitors, and visitors staying overnight will be charged.
